FAQs

  • Actually, everything we do is remote! Unless you just want to come to our office to help you focus, we handle everything through Zoom meetings, Loom videos and work on any online systems you have directly. If you have something that actually needs us in-house, talk to us about it and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Primarily, Wendy will be your main contact. We have other staff to help accomplish tasks and implement decisions made, but Wendy is your go-to gal.

  • It depends on how much work is involved. First you’ll meet with Wendy in a complimentary discovery call, to discuss your needs and help set priorities. You’ll receive a custom proposal after your call, detailing the work that needs to be done and is usually built into phases. Payment is due as each payment starts, so the full amount is not due at once.

  • A LOT. From creating or updating systems, finding software solutions, to marketing tasks and training employees, we are ready to help with what you have on your plate. If we don’t have the skills or feel there is someone that is a better fit though, we will absolutely let you know!

  • We don’t create businesses from scratch. You have to own an existing business to work with us. We don’t replace employees as we are project based only and cannot be hired on a permanent basis. (Although we will absolutely help you create a position and get someone trained to do it for you.)

  • Social media is often at the top of a boss list that can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Let us help break it down for you into manageable steps, develop systems to streamline it and even help decide whether you should outsource it.

  • No! EED is alive and thriving! I will take less planning clients, but everyone else will still be serving clientele just as they always have. This is just a better way to service our vendor partners and our industry community. I’m further expanding what we offer the community.
