Hands-on Coaching and Support to help you cut through the chaos and Move Forward with Intention.
Are you ready to level up?
At Boss Level Engaged, I offer hands-on coaching and support for small business owners and nonprofit leaders who are ready to level up—without burning out or overcomplicating everything. My work includes individual coaching, leader-led group coaching with accountability, focused Clarity Resets to untangle what’s stuck, project-based support through Organize for Freedom, and structured Boss Days designed to help you work on your business—not just in it. Every service is built to meet you where you are, help you make confident, intentional decisions, and move you forward in a way that actually feels doable.
I’m direct, I ask hard questions, and I curse. A lot. If honest conversations, real talk, and the occasional (or frequent) four-letter word don’t bother you, we’ll probably work really well together. I only work with people whose values align with mine (you can check those out on my About page), because trust, respect, and shared expectations matter more than polished language ever will.
When we work together, you don’t just get a coach—you get a partner. I show up prepared, with notes from every conversation, a clear understanding of where you’re headed, and a focus on what actually needs to happen next. I hold you accountable, help you cut through the noise, and keep things moving forward with intention.
I’ll hold up the mirror so you can see yourself, your business, and your leadership clearly—without judgment, but definitely without sugarcoating. I ask the hard questions because honesty (and sometimes a well-placed swear word) is how we get to the heart of what you want and how to achieve it.
This work is hands-on and collaborative. Sometimes that looks like strategy and decision-making. Sometimes it means me doing some of the behind-the-scenes work—drafting documents, organizing ideas, or creating first versions you can build from. And sometimes it means being your behind-the-scenes cheerleader, sounding board, and steady support as you take the next step.
I don’t coach from a single framework, rely on personality assessments to give me all the answers, or hand you a list of ideas and wish you luck. I meet you where you are and walk the path with you—supporting clear thinking, intentional decisions, and meaningful progress.
I’m not for everyone—and that’s intentional.

FAQs
-
You don’t have to figure that out on your own. The first step is a conversation where we talk through what’s going on, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what kind of support would be most helpful right now. From there, I’ll recommend the option that makes the most sense—or tell you honestly if something else would be a better fit.
-
The first call is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We’ll talk about what’s feeling heavy or unclear, what you want to change, and what success would look like for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective where it’s helpful, and we’ll decide together if working together makes sense and what that could look like.
-
Very. I come prepared to every session, keep notes from our conversations, and stay focused on forward movement. In addition to coaching and strategy, I often help with behind-the-scenes work like drafting documents, organizing ideas, or creating first versions you can build from. This is active, collaborative support—not just talking things through.
-
No. I don’t offer virtual assistant services or task-based support. My work is focused on coaching, strategy, clarity, and intentional progress. That said, I do roll up my sleeves and help with certain pieces when it supports the bigger picture—we just do it together and with purpose.
-
I work with small business owners and nonprofit leaders who are passionate about what they do and ready to grow with intention. They’re open to honest conversations, value clarity and structure, and want a true partner to help them think, decide, and move forward—not just someone to hand them ideas.
-
Nope. I don’t rely on one coaching philosophy, framework, or personality assessment to give me all the answers. Every person, business, and organization is different, and my approach adapts to you. We focus on what actually works in your real world—not what’s supposed to work on paper.
-
That’s okay—and it’s something we’ll be honest about. I’m not for everyone, and I don’t try to be. If it becomes clear that working together isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you directly and, when possible, help point you in a better direction. Fit matters for this work to be effective.
