Many times our clients need a little time to process, someone to hold them accountable and that cheerleader to make sure they are headed in the right direction. We love doing Power Sessions for all those reasons. Let us be that support you need, whether it’s just a random one time meeting or maybe you need a partner for a few months.
Individual Power Sessions are $300 each, due at the time of booking. This includes a one-hour meeting followed by our notes and suggestions sent by email within 48 hours.
For those needing ongoing support and accountability, try this 6 Month Subscription Pack of Power Sessions, billed at $250 per session. These Power Sessions include one-hour meetings each month followed by our notes and suggestions sent by email within 48 hours.

Actually, everything we do is remote! Unless you just want to come to our office to help you focus, we handle everything through Zoom meetings, Loom videos and work on any online systems you have directly. If you have something that actually needs us in-house, talk to us about it and we’ll see what we can do.

Primarily, Wendy will be your main contact. We have other staff to help accomplish tasks and implement decisions made, but Wendy is your go-to gal.

It depends on how much work is involved. First you’ll meet with Wendy in a complimentary discovery call, to discuss your needs and help set priorities. You’ll receive a custom proposal after your call, detailing the work that needs to be done and is usually built into phases and divided out between power sessions and virtual assistant services. Payment is due as each phase starts, so the full amount is not due at once. Virtual assistant services start as a block of 10 hours and are billed monthly after that.

A LOT. From creating or updating systems, finding software solutions, to marketing tasks and training employees, we are ready to help with what you have on your plate. We’ve worked on creating systems from scratch, creating employee handbooks and even setting up all those email workflows. If we don’t have the skills or feel there is someone that is a better fit though, we will absolutely let you know!

We typically don’t create businesses from scratch, but we can help you get your systems started. We are not CPAs or lawyers, so we’ll direct you to one of those if something is beyond our scope.
