The Boss Table is a community for small business owners and nonprofit leaders who want practical support, honest conversation, accountability, and a place that helps you make progress in your work.
Come with your questions. Bring the thing you've been putting off. Celebrate the win you can't wait to tell someone about.
There's a seat at the table for you.
Pull Up a Chair
You probably don't need more ideas. You need somewhere to do something with them.
You already know there are things you should be working on.
The process that needs to be fixed. The decision you've been putting off. The idea you haven't had time to think through. The project that keeps getting moved to next month because something more urgent always lands on your desk.
And sometimes, you simply need someone to say, “Okay, let's talk about it. What's actually keeping you stuck?”
That's the gap The Boss Table is designed to fill.
It's dedicated time to step out of the day-to-day, get perspective from people who understand what it's like to lead, and actually move the important stuff forward.
You won't leave with another notebook full of ideas.
You'll leave knowing what you're doing next.
What changes when you have a seat at the table?
You stop carrying every decision around in your head.
You have somewhere to bring it, talk it through, and figure out your next move.
Important work actually gets done.
Boss Day gives you protected time every month for the projects that matter but rarely feel urgent enough to make today's list.
You have people to call on.
Instead of starting from scratch every time you face something new, you have a community of leaders with different experiences, skills, resources, and perspectives.
You become more intentional about how you lead.
Not because you're doing more—but because you're making better decisions about what deserves your time and attention.
You don't have to figure everything out by yourself anymore.
I created The Boss Table because I was listening.
I've talked with so many incredible business owners and nonprofit leaders who wanted coaching, accountability, and ongoing support...but weren't quite ready for one-on-one coaching. So, I built something in between.
The Boss Table gives you a place to think out loud, ask the hard questions, learn from other leaders, and get the support you need to keep moving. Every leader deserves a place work through tough decisions and walk away with greater clarity and confidence. That's what The Boss Table is all about.
Here’s what you get when you pull up a chair.
-

Monthly Coaching Roundtable
90 minutes of live, interactive coaching
This isn’t another webinar. Bring your biggest question, leadership challenge, idea, or decision to the table. I'll coach you through it while everyone else gets to learn from the conversation, too. Sometimes you'll be in the hot seat. Sometimes you'll be taking notes. Either way, you'll leave with practical ideas and a clearer next step.
-

Monthly Boss Day
Four hours of protected time to work on your business or organization...not just in it. This isn’t a coworking session where everyone disappears into their inbox. We'll work in focused intervals, come back together, talk through roadblocks, prioritize what matters, and keep moving.
Bring the project you've been avoiding to Boss Day. Or, bring the decision you've been overthinking. Bring the thing that keeps getting pushed to next week and we’ll get it moving ahead.
-

Private Community
Leadership doesn't just happen once a month. Inside the private community, you'll have a place to ask questions, brainstorm ideas, share resources, celebrate wins, and get encouragement between live sessions.
-

My Favorite Things
A curated collection of the tools, apps, and resources I actually use and recommend to make running your organization easier and more efficient.
-

Templates & Downloads
As we build the community, I’ll be adding practical templates, checklists, worksheets, and other ready-to-use resources designed to help you stop reinventing the wheel and get things done faster.
-

Recommended Resources
Books, podcasts, articles, videos, and other resources I think are worth your time—curated to help you lead, grow, and work smarter.
This isn't networking or another online group you'll forget exists. I'm intentionally bringing small business owners and nonprofit leaders together.
Business owners and nonprofit leaders may run very different organizations, but they deal with many of the same leadership challenges: managing people, making decisions, watching the budget, building systems, communicating clearly, creating sustainable growth, and trying to make a meaningful impact with limited time and resources.
And here's the fun part...they also bring very different strengths to the table.
Business owners often know a thing or two about sales, customer experience, systems, and growth while nonprofit leaders know how to stretch resources, build partnerships, engage communities, work with volunteers, and create extraordinary impact with limited budgets.
Put those perspectives together, and everybody benefits.
I’ll be at the table, too.
I've spent more than 25 years building businesses, leading teams, working alongside nonprofit leaders, and helping people turn big ideas into something that actually works.
And one thing I've learned? Even really capable leaders need somewhere to think out loud.
That's the role I want to play at The Boss Table. I'm not here to tell you how to run your business or organization. I'm here to ask good questions, help you see what you might be missing, share what I've learned, and make sure the things that matter don't keep getting pushed to the bottom of your list.

Be one of the Founding 25.
The Boss Table is just getting started, and I'm intentionally keeping our founding group small.
The first 25 members won't just join the community. You'll help shape it.
You'll have a voice in how we gather, what we talk about, what resources would be most helpful, and what The Boss Table becomes as it grows.
And because you're willing to pull up a chair from the beginning, you'll receive special Founding Member pricing.
Founding Member pricing is available to the first 25 members.
And as my gift to you, lock in your Founding Member rate for as long as you remain an active member.
Once those seats are filled, our rate changes to $169/month.
12 MONTHLY
PAYMENTS

Boss Day is four hours of protected time each month to work on your business or organization instead of spending another day buried in it.
We'll work in focused intervals, check in with each other, troubleshoot roadblocks, and keep moving.
Bring the strategic project, process, plan, decision, or big idea that keeps getting pushed aside because something more urgent always seems to come up.
-
No. Boss Day is there for you to use.
I'd love for you to join us for the full experience when you can, but I also understand that you're running an organization and sometimes four uninterrupted hours simply aren't going to happen.
Come for the time you can protect and use it well.

Life happens. Missing a session doesn't mean you've missed your opportunity to participate in The Boss Table.
You'll still have the private community to ask questions, share what you're working on, get input, and stay connected between our live gatherings.
-
IteNope.
There's no curriculum to keep up with, pile of modules to finish, or guilt because you haven't watched Lesson 7 yet.
The Boss Table is an ongoing coaching and leadership community. What we talk about is driven by the real questions, challenges, projects, and opportunities members are working through right now.m description

Sometimes a conversation at The Boss Table is exactly what you need. Sometimes you need someone to roll up their sleeves and dig deeper with you.
Boss Table members receive preferred pricing on my one-on-one coaching and other services when you need more individualized support.
-
I want you to give The Boss Table enough time to actually experience the community, participate, and put what you're learning into action. That's why monthly memberships begin with a three-month commitment.
After your first three months, your membership continues month-to-month and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Annual memberships cover 12 months from the date you join.
-
Yes. The Boss Table is designed to make it easy to participate without adding travel or another out-of-office commitment to your schedule.
Our monthly Coaching Roundtable and Boss Day are both held virtually, and you'll have access to our private online community between sessions.
-
There are two live opportunities each month: a 90-minute Coaching Roundtable and a four-hour Boss Day.
That doesn't mean you have to participate in everything every month. The Boss Table is meant to support your work—not become another obligation on your calendar.
Use the community and live sessions in the way that is most helpful to you.

This is where we bring the real stuff to the table.
Bring a question, challenge, decision, idea, or something you've been stuck on. I'll coach members through what's happening, ask questions, offer perspective, and help identify practical next steps.
Even when you're not the person being coached, you'll learn from the conversations happening around the table.
-
The Boss Table community is hosted on Circle, so our conversations, resources, announcements, and member connections all have one home.
No Facebook group required.
-
Networking can absolutely happen as relationships develop, but that's not why we're here.
The Boss Table is about creating a trusted group of leaders who can talk honestly, share experiences and resources, ask for help, learn from each other, and get meaningful work done.
You don't need an elevator pitch. Bring the real stuff.
-
You're helping build The Boss Table from the beginning.
I'm intentionally limiting the founding group to 25 members so we can create a strong community where people actually get to know one another. Founding Members will also have opportunities to give input on what we talk about, the resources we create, and how The Boss Table evolves.
You'll also receive our special Founding Member rate of $125 per month or $1,250 annually. Once the first 25 seats are filled, membership will increase to $169 per month.
And, of course, you'll always get to say you were here when we pulled up the first chairs.
-
Reach out! I'd much rather help you decide whether The Boss Table is the right fit than convince you to join something that isn't.
If you're leading a small business or nonprofit, want to be more intentional about working on your organization, and would benefit from having smart people to talk things through with, there's a good chance you'll fit right in.
Your seat is waiting.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you join The Boss Table.
Bring the big question. Bring the half-formed idea. Bring the project that's been sitting on your list for way too long. Bring the win you want someone to celebrate with you.
Just bring yourself—and be ready to participate, make progress, and help the people sitting around the table do the same.
I'm saving the first 25 seats for Founding Members at $125/month or $1,250/year, before membership increases to $169/month.
If you've been wishing you had a place to think out loud, get some perspective, and actually make time for the work that matters, pull up a chair.
There's a seat at the table for you.
